Mallory Hart: Mallory
is a certified personal trainer, who is eager to help you set up that
perfect workout program. Mallory has a Bachelors of Science in
Exercise and Sport Science from Bluefield College, and a Master's of
Science in Nutrition and Physical Activity from James Madison
University. -NASM Certified personal training. -Group fitness
certification from Southwest Virginia Community College.

Trent Reid: Trent
is a personal trainer who has a B.S. in Health
Science with a concentration in Health Assessment and Promotion from
JMU. |  | Sharlene Thompson: Certified Spin Instructor. |

| Maria Steward: Maria
is a certified Health Fitness Instructor who tailors programs for the
individual, conducts nutrition counseling, and helps with body
sculpting and weight loss. Maria
has a B.S. in Kinesiology Exercise Leadership from JMU.
She
has six years experience in the fitness industry. Maria is also the Beginner Weight Training class instructor. |  | Miranda Hartman: Personal Trainer and Step Instructor. |

College graduate with degree in Exercise Science and a soon to be

Krista is a customer service representative who has been in
the fitness and tanning industry for 10 years. |  | Laura Babcock: Circuit Training and Step Instructor and Personal Trainer. |

is a marketing and advertising designer for Harrisonburg and
