Miranda Hartman:  Miranda is an innovative, certified personal trainer who is energetic to help you meet your fitness goals!  Miranda is also a Step, and Abs-etc. instructor.Karen Myers:
Yoga Instructor.
Phil Carr:  Phil is a certified personal trainer who has been involved in athletic training for over 12 years.  He looks forward to helping you achieve your goals! Donna Bible:
Donna Bible is a Step Aerobics enthusiast.  She enjoys how the step is used with traditional dancing steps to amplify the aerobics experience.  The high intensity workout of her step class is bound to leave you with a sense of well being - and it's a lot of fun too! 
Emmy Smith:  Emmy is a health and fitness enthusiast. She knows what it takes to get to your desired weight because she has been there. Check out her before and after pictures on our Facebook page.
Frank Campbell: Reebok cycling certified and CPR certified.  Frank is a certified personal trainer.  He is also the Training and Conditioning and Cycling instructor.
Trent Reid:  Trent is a personal trainer who has a B.S. in Health Science with a concentration in Health Assessment and Promotion from JMU. Melissa Shank: Certified Zumba® instructor.  Melissa is also certified in Zumba Toning®.  Melissa also teaches the Ab-Max class.

Maria Steward:  Maria is a certified Health Fitness Instructor who tailors programs for the individual, conducts nutrition counseling, and helps with body sculpting and weight loss.  Maria has a B.S. in Kinesiology Exercise Leadership from JMU.  She has seven years experience in the fitness industry.

Aimee George:
-Certified Personal Trainer
Will make you sweat and you will love it! But will also help you ease into your new healthy lifestyle.  Aimee also holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from JMU.
   
Ryan Wolz:  Ryan is a recent EMU graduate and while in school, he studied exercise science, business, and coaching.  He is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise.  In his spare time he enjoys resistance training and cycling.   
Krista Duke:  Krista is a customer service representative who has been in the fitness and tanning industry for 11 years.

Brandon Obaugh:  Brandon is a marketing and advertising designer for Harrisonburg and Bridgewater Family Fitness.  Brandon also manages this website.
Alex Hill:  Alex is a junior at JMU majoring in Kinesiology Exercise Science.  He is a fitness enthuiast and ready to assist you with any fitness questions you may have.
Mallory Hart:  Mallory is a certified personal trainer, who is eager to help you set up that perfect workout program.  Mallory has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Bluefield College, and a Master's of Science in Nutrition and Physical Activity from James Madison University. -NASM Certified personal training. -Group fitness certification from Southwest Virginia Community College.
