Mallory Hart:  Mallory is a certified personal trainer, who is eager to help you set up that perfect workout program.  Mallory has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Bluefield College, and a Master's of Science in Nutrition and Physical Activity from James Madison University. -NASM Certified personal training. -Group fitness certification from Southwest Virginia Community College. Jordan Shafer:
Cardio Blast & Sculpt, AB-Sault, and ZUMBA instructor.
Trent Reid:  Trent is a personal trainer who has a B.S. in Health Science with a concentration in Health Assessment and Promotion from JMU.Sharlene Thompson:
Certified Spin Instructor.

Maria Steward:  Maria is a certified Health Fitness Instructor who tailors programs for the individual, conducts nutrition counseling, and helps with body sculpting and weight loss.  Maria has a B.S. in Kinesiology Exercise Leadership from JMU.  She has six years experience in the fitness industry.  Maria is also the Beginner Weight Training class instructor. Miranda Hartman: Personal Trainer and Step Instructor.
Yoshua Arseneault: Bridgewater College graduate with degree in Exercise Science and a soon to be certified personal trainer. Yoshua has a passion for health and fitness!Cassandra McCarty:
Certified Zumba Instructor.
Krista Duke:  Krista is a customer service representative who has been in the fitness and tanning industry for 10 years.Laura Babcock:
Circuit Training and Step Instructor and Personal Trainer.
Brandon Obaugh:  Brandon is a marketing and advertising designer for Harrisonburg and Bridgewater Family Fitness.  Brandon also manages this website.Karen Myers:
Yoga Instructor.
Phil Carr:  Phil is a certified personal trainer who has been involved in athletic training for over 11 years.  He looks forward to helping you achieve your goals!Ben Dolewski:
 AB-Max instructor.  Ben is currently a majoring in Kinesiology.
Wendell Peacock:  Wendell is a fitness enthusiast ready to help any individual achieve his or her goals.  He works to motivate the individual to do the best he or she can possibly do!  Wendell is also the AB-Max class instructor.Shan Phoenix:
Kickboxing instructor. 
Frank Campbell: Reebok Cycling certified and CPR certified.
