Frank is a certified personal trainer. He is also the Training and
Conditioning and Cycling instructor. |

Science with a concentration in Health Assessment and Promotion from
JMU. |

Melissa Shank: Certified Zumba® instructor.
Melissa is also certified in Zumba Toning®. Melissa

is a certified Health Fitness Instructor who tailors programs for the
individual, conducts nutrition counseling, and helps with body
sculpting and weight loss. Maria
has a B.S. in Kinesiology Exercise Leadership from JMU.
She
has seven years experience in the fitness industry.
