INSTRUCTORS
Mallory Hart:  Mallory is a certified personal trainer, who is eager to help you set up that perfect workout program.  Mallory has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Bluefield College, and a Master's of Science in Nutrition and Physical Activity from James Madison University. -NASM Certified personal training. -Group fitness certification from Southwest Virginia Community College.  Mallory is the Abs-ETC instructor. Cassandra McCarty:
Certified Zumba Instructor.
Trent Reid:  Trent is a personal trainer who has a B.S. in Health Science with a concentration in Health Assessment and Promotion from JMU.Karen Myers:
Yoga Instructor.

Maria Steward:  Maria is a certified Health Fitness Instructor who tailors programs for the individual, conducts nutrition counseling, and helps with body sculpting and weight loss.  Maria has a B.S. in Kinesiology Exercise Leadership from JMU.  She has seven years experience in the fitness industry.  Maria is also the Beginner Weight Training class instructor. Shan Phoenix:
Kickboxing instructor. 
Yoshua Arseneault: Bridgewater College graduate with degree in Exercise Science and a soon to be certified personal trainer. Yoshua has a passion for health and fitness!Emily Hamilton: Certified Zumba Instructor.
Krista Duke:  Krista is a customer service representative who has been in the fitness and tanning industry for 11 years.Frank Campbell: Reebok cycling certified and CPR certified.
Brandon Obaugh:  Brandon is a marketing and advertising designer for Harrisonburg and Bridgewater Family Fitness.  Brandon also manages this website.
Donna Bible:
Donna Bible is a Step Aerobics enthusiast.  She enjoys how the step is used with traditional dancing steps to amplify the aerobics experience.  The high intensity workout of her step class is bound to leave you with a sense of well being - and it's a lot of fun too! 
Phil Carr:  Phil is a certified personal trainer who has been involved in athletic training for over 12 years.  He looks forward to helping you achieve your goals!
Katelyn Cianelli:
Katelyn is currently a  Bridgewater College student double majoring in Nutrition & Wellness and Health & Exercise Science. She teaches Cardio-Kickboxing and many other classes.
Wendell Peacock:  Wendell is a fitness enthusiast ready to help any individual achieve his or her goals.  He works to motivate the individual to do the best he or she can possibly do!  Wendell is also the AB-Max class instructor.Photo coming soon!
Melissa Shank:  Certified Zumba instructor!
